Trip to Abbeville Opera House
The Abbeville Opera House
is presenting Alfred Hitchcock’s “The Birds”
on Saturday October 24, 2015 at 3 p.m.
We would like to plan a trip to have lunch, walk downtown Historic Abbeville and see the play. If you are interested, please sign up on the signup sheet on the bulletin board in the hall or let Debbie Kitchens or Lathy Reese know. The tickets will be $20 or $18 if you are over 65. We will meet at the church that morning. We will need to make reservations in advance as these shows sell out quickly, so the cutoff date to sign up and turn in your money will be Wednesday September 30, 2015.
Plans are being made now for activities through 2015 and 2016. Copies of the offerings for the Newberry, SC Opera House are on the desk in the office hall. You will see a generous variety of concerts and performances that should please most anyone.
Take a few minutes and look at the list, then circle your 5 favorites. After making your choices, please place in Debbie’s box. Then Lathy and I can see what program we might schedule for our group to attend. As always, we will make arrangements for eating prior to or after our program. If you have any questions or other ideas for our group, please let Lathy Reese or I know.
Thank You! Debbie Kitchen
